Data security and overall privacy are of the highest importance to ABR.  We go beyond all the required measures to ensure your data and your personal information is secure and protected at all times.  Besides the most inscrutable security layers installed throughout the system, ABR employs a system of data prevention and fraud measures aimed at providing additional measures of control and safety.

Can our company logo be included in bid documents and correspondence that’s being sent out / exchanged?

A.

Yes, your company logo image file can be set in ABR and oriented / reflected on all bid correspondence: ITB, Bid Request/ Addendum / Email, etc.

How much web space will be allotted in our assigned Plan Room?

A.

You can upload unlimited number of projects/ files on your assigned bid plan room. There is no space limitation.

Are the web features such as publishing plans, specifications, and addendums on the website included?

A.

Yes, the Plan Room feature is included in ABR with your Annual Subscription.

Your company will have direct access to the Plan Room once the project is the Active mode.  You will be able to upload the project plans, specifications, addendums directly into the Plan Room created for your company.

The specific Plan Room URL will be created automatically via your Bid Request, which your subcontractors will be able to use to download the project plans, specifications, addendums from your Plan Room.

Also, your company current bid opportunities page will be updated automatically.

How ABR does saves manpower, money and time?

A.

Once you have created a project and entered / uploaded all the drawings, specifications and subcontractors data, Invitation to Bid (ITBs) for all pre-selected subcontractors can be generated automatically and these ITBs can be emailed to all selected parties in just one click. You can email other bid documents such as but not limited to Addendums, Bid Requests, Memos, project related correspondence in just one click. You can upload project plans and specifications on Plan Room server. Your subcontractors can download plans and specs right from there.

What do I get when I buy ABR?

A.

We will send you ABR Download link   with instructions on the next business day after the payment is received.

Does ABR work on a network? Can several users work on the same project at the same time?

A.

You buy multi-user version of ABR (2/3/4/5 … users) it will work on a network and multiple users can work in the same project/ different projects in ABR at the same time. ABR Single user can be used on any one PC. The number of users working is limited by number of user licenses purchased by you.

How does ABR licensing work?

A.

All Builders Resources Licensing is based on “Per User/ Per PC”, meaning that if you purchase five user licenses, you may install ABR on fie workstations/ PCs.  Only those five users can use ABR from those five workstations/ PCs.

My Username and Password does not work

A.

  • If you are unsure of your exact username or password, you can retrieve your username and reset your password here.
  • It is also possible you are accessing the internet from a proxy server (e.g. like from work) that does not allow authentication to this domain.
  • Another possibility is that you may have exceeded the number of connections that your browser allows (e.g. Internet Explorer) .You can reset the connections by closing you browser, re-opening it, and trying again.

I Forgot My Username and / or Password?

A.

You can retrieve your username and reset your password here.  An email with your username and reset password will be immediately sent. Please remember to use the email address for the email account you used during registration or had modified in edit profile.

I tried to retrieve my Username and Password, but I haven’t received the email.

A.

You should receive the email within a few minutes. However here are a few reasons why you may not have received it:
i. Email occasionally gets delayed in transit and can take a couple hours to be delivered.
ii. Email could be captured by your spam/junk filter.
iii. Please remember to check the correct email inbox. The email address would be the one you used to originally set up your account (or had modified in edit profile), so be sure to check that particular inbox for the email.

How do I update my profile? (e.g. email, address or Password)

A.

After you log in, click on "Edit Profile" located in the navigation bar at right hand side of the page. Make Necessary changes and click "Submit" to save the changes.

How do I delete my account?

A.

  • Important: When an account is deleted – all information associated with the account is removed and NOT retrievable.
  • Go to the Contact Us page and request your account be deleted from system. In order to verify the correct account to be removed, please include your username and the email associated with the account.

Go to the Contact Us
